If your employer partners with Guild to process tuition reimbursement for out-of-network programs, you can submit your reimbursement request at reimbursement.guildeducation.com. (To learn more about the differences between in-network and out-of-network programs, click here!)
Note: Not all employers process their tuition reimbursement through Guild. If you're uncertain about who processes your employer's tuition reimbursement, please review your employer's policy. You can do so from your Home page on the Guild website, or ask a Guild coach for help.
If your employer reimburses your tuition, you will need to provide:
- Tuition Statement
- Needs to show your name and the name or initials of your school
- Needs to show an itemized breakdown of your charges for the term and how you paid
- An Unofficial or Official Transcript
- Needs to shows your name and the name or initials of your school
- Needs to show your final grades and number of credits for the term
- Needs to show your course names and/or course codes
- Sometimes called a "Grade Report" or a "Degree Audit"
