Overview of College Start
- Learners have nine to 10 months to complete one mini-introductory course and four college-level courses worth up to 13 credits (not guaranteed and varies depending on the academic provider).
- There are nine College Start programs to choose from that allow learners to explore a degree path of interest.

Finding the right fit
- If you already have some college credits under your belt, we recommend that you choose a program that avoids repeating courses you’ve already taken.
- Some College Start programs don’t include a math course — if you’d like to wait to take a math course until you’re enrolled at a university, you could opt for a Hospitality, Health Administration, or IT College Start program that offer Personal Finance courses instead.
- These programs are designed to help you explore a future degree of interest, however, they don’t lock you into a particular track or university — for now, choose a program that matches your interests without worrying about making a long-term commitment to a college major.
