I haven't received the link to reset my password. What should I do?
If you are using the email address you signed up with and haven't received the link, please check your spam folder. Many times our emails get mistaken as spam and you won't be notified. Otherwise, if you reset your password to an email that is not the email you signed up with, you may not receive the link to reset your password. If you are unsure of the email you signed up with, please contact your advisor or select "Contact A Coach" on our website.
I have received the link, but the link is not working. What should I do?
If the link itself is not working, then the link you are using may have expired or you are not using the most recent link being sent to you. Please make sure you are clicking the link within 1 hour of requesting a new password. Also, please make sure you are using the most recent link by checking the timestamp. Keep in mind that Gmail sort emails a little differently, with the most recent sent email being at the bottom and the oldest email at the top of that email thread.
