I haven't received the link to reset my password:
First, make sure you’re resetting your password with the email address we have on file for you so you can receive the link. If you're unsure of the email you signed up with, please contact your Guild coach, or select the Contact a Coach option on our website.
If you're using the email address you signed up with and haven't received the link, please check your spam folder. Many times our emails get mistaken as spam and you won't be notified.
I have received the link, but the link is not working:
If the link itself isn't working, then the link you're using may have expired or you're not using the most recent link being sent to you. Please make sure you're clicking the link within one hour of requesting a new password. Also, please make sure you're using the most recent link by checking the timestamp.
I’m having trouble signing in with my email and password:
Depending on when your account was created, you may not have a password on file yet. The good news is, as long as your email exists in the system, we can send you a message to set up or reset your password! Once the password is reset, you’ll be logged in and can access your account from there. Here are the steps to do so:
Go to www.guildeducation.com
Select Student Login in the top right corner
Enter your Employer Name and select Next
Select Forgot Password?
Enter your email address then select Reset My Password
Check your email for a password reset message from Guild
Inside the email, select the Reset Password button
Create a new password, confirm it, then save it
You should now be able to access your account! If not and you're still having trouble after that, you can reach out via the Contact a Coach form and we're happy to help troubleshoot.
